Position 1: One Sr. Producer/Site Manager for the corporate intranet, currently running on Vignette Portal and migrating to SharePoint 2010. This may be a position we need to hire full-time. We can discuss the scope in person. Drew, our Production Manager, is currently playing the role of Intranet Site Manager and Production Manager for the both corporate websites. This is not sustainable and the intranet needs a dedicated site manager who doesn't have to focus on the bugs and requests for the external site. With the migration to SharePoint 2010 in Dec-Jan 2012, platform expertise will be required to oversee technical production and site management of the property. Likewise, the McKesson.com property needs a dedicated producer to concentrate on development.

Technology: SharePoint 2010 Site Administrator and Designer Experience; Supplemental tool experience: Brightcove, WebTrends and SharePoint 2010 search (non-FAST), SharePoint 2010 analytics

Position 2: One Jr. producer to handle current updates to websites: link-checking, HTML updates, updates as needed. This is probably 20-40 hours per week. Beginning October 1, 2011: client content cleanup in UAT code cleanup: 3 weeks, every page verify links, formatting, embed video players, etc.
We could split this into two individuals.
